Following a leak in a flat above mine on Christmas eve we were unable to get Burnside's Team to send a plumber to fix the leak until the 9th January despite daily phone calls. Spending 2 weeks collecting water in buckets was no fun and they only seemed to act when told that the ceiling was on the point of collapse. Well from start to finish we have been impressed with Countrywide in Burnside. From the first email we were impressed. Shona is an excellent communicator and we never had to wait long for replies be it direct through a phonecall or email. Audray wowed us with her manner when coming to value our place.
