GoogleKept informed constantly by Nicole on appts as I was selling a buy to let long distance.Prompt return emails and phone calls although I was updated regularly off their own backs .Cant praise them enough on customer service and efficiency.Fair on both sides of the sale too.

GoogleWe decide to use countrywide, as they seemed competitively priced but I guess, you get what you pay for. They were very helpful at the beginning to gain the business, but the service afterwards has been appalling, They gave me the wrong information and instead of being sorry , they said I had to sort it out The manager refused 4 times to give me the managers name above him. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of professionalism shown at the branch. If that is the standard of the managers , perhaps they need a little more training

We were searching for a rental that we needed quickly for a family member , she was able to take the criteria for what we were looking for and managed to source the flat within a week or so, I am extremely thankful, for the great service and professionalism throughout our journey from all the team at countrywide and would like to say a special thanks to Scott for making this happen too!! GoogleOur property went live on Friday afternoon and Countrywide had viewings for us the same day, as well as further viewings over the weekend and potential viewers for the current week. We received an offer within 3 days which we were happy with. We were kept updated throughout and everything was dealt with very efficiently by the team at Countrywide particularly Chris, Nicole and Paige.
