From start to finish, Shona, Nicole and Jennifer at Countrywide Burnside have provided an excellent service in selling our house. We had frequent updates throughout the process, even beyond the offer being accepted and helped us chase things along with solicitors. This branch is clearly well organised and managed, and I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to any prospective sellers - and that is down to the staff working there. Thank you Countrywide Burnside for a first class customer service.

I have been a student for 4 years and never experienced such disorganisation and negligence from an agency - going as far as ignoring our calls to avoid dealing with problems! do not use this service!!NegativeProfessionalism

This is the most appalling letting agency I have come across. The communication is completely non existent. The flat is falling apart around us and they do nothing about it it, they even lie to claim they’ve helped. Avoid using this company at all costs, avoid the stress.NegativeProfessionalism

Disappointing, very unprofessional and unfriendly. I believe they don't know how to run property agency, they should take as many applicants as they could, however they didn't. Definitely do not recommend landlords to make contract with this company, because they make decisions not instead of landlords.

Had an absolute nightmare. Thousands of pounds lost in possessions due to mould in a flat. Despite being reported from the week we moved in, and several chase up emails, no one did anything about it until we had enough and moved out. People are so happy to be accepted for a flat but if be wary with Countrywide.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
