GoogleI have used countrywide in Kirkintilloch to sell my house in Moodiesburn and I would definitely recommend them after receiving an excellent service from them from start to finish. Particular mention for Lesley who was very professional and kept me up to date at every stage of the process.

GoogleAfter having my property on the market with a competitor some time back and it not selling or having one viewer in the first month, all the staff at Countrywide Kirkintilloch not only got us an amazing offer ( 5 offers) way over the asking price, but could have had it sold within the week too!! It took 2 weeks but this was because we wanted to keep it on he market for this time. They did a fantastic job of carrying out viewings ( over 30)!There could have been a lot more but we took Fiona’s correct advice and decided on a closing date. A huge thank you to Fiona, Andrew( property valuer), and Lesley and Michelle for their teamwork as i do believe they were kept very busy with enquiries and working behind the scenes including many viewings. GoogleAfter having a poor experience with another local estate agent whose best offer received was below home report after 3 months on the market, we took our property off the market. Fast forward 9 months when we went back on the market Andrew & Lesley got us a fantastic offer which was 18.5% over. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough, they delivered exactly what they said they would deliver.

GoogleThe team at the Kirkintilloch branch have been amazing throughout every step of our selling process. This is our first sale so we had plenty of questions but this didn’t phase them, remaining polite and calm with each phone call. Their daily updates on the progress of the sale ensured we were always in the loop and felt constantly in control of the situation.

GoogleWe rented a property in Victoria Chambers with them and I wouldn’t recommend at all. There was a major leak in the flat and it wasn’t repaired until we gave our leaving notice, 6 months after it happened. There was also a mice problem that wasn’t solved either, plus other smaller leaks, mould... Their communication and engagement with the tenant leaves very much to be desired, and no one in the team really cared.

Googlesold a house in my Street 5 or 6 weeks ago and its still lying empty no one has moved in and don't think they ever will they have the keys and everything so why not move in will not be using them in the future
