It is however, going to a closing date 10 days after putting it on the market which is disappointing and does not appear to give the buyers enough opportunities to view a property. Countrywide's Dennistoun branch couldn't have been more helpful with the sale of my flat. I was anxious and had no idea what to expect as it was my first time selling but Stuart put me to ease straight away and explained exactly how the process worked and what Countrywide could do for me. Stuart kept me notified at each stage of the process prior to my flat going on the market and once it was listed Paula and Bobby were in contact to arrange viewings and I was very lucky to receive and accept an offer within 3 days. They were always on top of the game keeping me informed of developments and viewings. Stuart was very honest in telling me to get rid of the clutter in the flat before selling and it worked!
