GoogleGavin made a great initial impression on our family. He clearly discussed all our options and explained the process from beginning to end. The office staff were great throughout and the highlight was their communication. We were regularly updated and this allowed for a quick sale of our home even with tight deadlines due to work commitments.

GoogleExcellent service from Fern and her team! the viewing arrangement was flexible and extremely prompt which really helped us out due to our busy schedule with work. They have been extremely helpful and approachable since the beginning. They are keen to respond to enquiries and will get back to us promptly with all the detailed information that we needed. My flatmate and I were given constant updates about the moving process and will help guide us through.

GoogleDespite trying to move at short notice during a period of huge competition for rental properties, we found Countrywide were wonderful to work with. Maddie was extremely positive, helpful and prompt with all correspondence, and we felt well looked after once we were in contact with her. It’s nice that the personal touch still exists. We would highly recommend Maddie and Countrywide if looking to rent in Glasgow!

GoogleStellar service from Maddie and the team of Countrywide West End! From the very beginning, Maddie was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. When I had the flat viewing, she provided all the necessary information and extra details that made all the difference. Throughout the process, Maddie was always keeping me updated with regard to the reference checks and the last bits of work in the flat. Last but not least, she was flexible with arrangements like collecting the keys, which is great given work commitments. Can't thank enough Maddie, Alex and Kellie!!! Such an amazing team that made the process of renting a flat much easier!

GoogleGreat service for sale of flat from start to finish. Gavin advised what was required to get flat ready for sale and Freya was friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale and gave excellent advice due to me being a first time seller, helping me achieve sale price I was very happy with. Would definitely recommend using Countrywide as your estate agent.

GoogleGreat experience using countrywide recently. From the moment Gavin came for the initial meet he was lovely and very informative. To the girls in the office who kept in touch through the whole process of selling our house! Everything was in place quickly. Can’t recommend countrywide enough!

GoogleFind a flat with Countrywide and the whole process takes just around 2 weeks. Jamie is a responsive and responsible negotiator. Good communication and friendly viewing experience. Patricia from the property management team also provides good service and prompt response. Overall had a good experience with their professional service.

GoogleThe team were incredibly helpful, always a quick call a way, sometimes advice was difficult to get from the lawyer but the agents at the Kirkintilloch office were outstanding and were on hand for any questions. Their response time for calls was incredible, if I didn't get them on my first ring I was called back almost immediately. They have been a wealth of knowledge and have honestly made what is a very stressful time so much easier.

GoogleThe Kirkntilloch team were selling my late mother's house and as I live in England and was remote from the property, they dealt with everything very efficiently with care and kindness given that I was grieving as well. My main point of contact was the Manager, Fiona Campbell, but all the team, including Andrew and Lesley, were able to field questions and responses were always prompt. Thanks to them for a successful conclusion and making the process straightforward.
