GoogleViewing and initial experience until agreement were just ok. The flat was in poor condition when I moved in in July 2021. Apart from bathroom tiles and the flat's main door which I left without a proper locker for a month after moving in -risking my own safety- nothing else has been fixed from the 2-3 things I reported straight away as more important to be fixed (Please note that I have been in the property for almost a year now). Still more things I have reported on the inventory list when they provided it to me but I haven't gone through all as the agency requests reporting everything through a specific website and what's the point to spending my time, once they have never read the first things I reported? For now, I am waiting for a response as my fire alarms went off two days ago. No communication from their side in general, apart from a time that an agent emailed me to ask for money because according to the system I have not paid which was not true and they actually found out that they had my name under another property (still don't know what was going on but they ensured me was a mistake when they updated something on their system. Anyway). I am assuming agents will have to contact me to renew my contract when expires, especially if they/the landlord want to increase the rent. And if I decide to move out I want to see what they will attempt to say about everything I have reported and they never fixed. Are they going to ask to steal money from the deposit? I hope they will not dare. I also hope the landlord knows about what they do because I had even sent a "letter before claim" (before you take court action) before they have the flat's main door fixed. Does the landlord know? I am wondering. For future/potential renters: Check everything and take photos of everything when you move in, also comment on everything that is included in your inventory. Raise the issues straight away -choose to send emails so you have everything in writing. And then just hope for yourselves that you will have the courage to fight for your rights if anything happens. Or just consider choosing an agency with a good reputation/reviews.

GoogleHave used them as a landlord for 5 years now and everyone in the branch are always very friendly and consistently provide an excellent service. Using them for full service management makes things much quicker and easier than trying to keep up to date with everything yourself and at a very good price. Definitely highly recommend.

GoogleMy whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The team in countrywide west end are the best that i have ever dealt with. Kellie nichol brought my flat onto the market in february 2022 and ive never looked back. Alex Tucker discussed all relevant marketing of the property and got me up to date with all of the safety requirements. Madeline got me a great tenant and kept me updated throughout the viewing process. Great experience.
