GoogleTerrible experience with this agency. I would not advise any sellers to use this agency. Most staff are nice, but other staff result to passive bullying and missuse of power that they have. Not a great experience.

GoogleIf your a landlord use anther agent. Happily took the monthly management fee.. and allowed the tenant to trash my flat. Utterly derelict in their duties. Cannot fully articulate how much of my time was wasted dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence.

GoogleJust a horrible experience When we moved into in , the apartment it was not in the perfect condition of cleanliness but while we left they deducted more than 250 pounds from the deposit and even after requesting them with valid proof that it was unfair nothing changed. Never going to recommend them for anyone I know

GoogleFeeling overwhelmed in a new country is natural and the process of finding a home can be frustrating, especially in a market with a very high demand and limited supply of properties. Fortunately Countrywide staff was more professional than most from the day of the viewing until I picked up the keys. The entire process was smooth and well handled by Ami from Countrywide.

GoogleIf you are looking to sell, I would strongly advise against using this agency. I am a buyer. I requested a Home Report on a property 12 times over a month period, and 4 times for another property, and never got a response. Chased multiple times. They don’t respond to calls. As a result, buyers gets less interest, fewer offers and a lower sales price. I’d list with another agency.
