GoogleI'm a longstanding Countrywide client and found their services very professional. All the people in the Glasgow Office, Residential Lettings (Merchant City), are very cooperative. They have speedily arranged to find suitable tenants, prepared a tenancy agreement, and facilitated the tenants' move into the property. I thank them very much for their time and effort.

GoogleCountrywide Estate Agents are the best!! their professionalism is on top of their game. I was dealing with Chrissie and she was amazing. Chrissie doesn't take longer to respond to emails and she is attentive to detail. In her communication she leaves no stones unturned. After having reviewed a lot of properties around Glasgow andbeing new in the City as we emigrated on the first week of November, Countrwide Estate made it possible for me to have a place called home while I was about to give up. A BIG THANKS TO COUNTRYWIDE ESTATE AGENT!!!

GoogleEverything was very straightforward, Countrywide were always available to call. Chrissie was very helpful and responsive during the process, taking time to respond to my questions. The maintenance system seems easy to use so far, and have been contactable - hopefully issues get resolved quickly.

GoogleFriendly, efficient and quality. Great service all round. As a student on a in need of a sharp move in before the start of term a <2 week turnaround from initial contact for a viewing to move in was admirable. Friendly service from all involved (Suraen viewing agent, Amy, Craig and Lois) and always helpful and professional. Can't recommend enough.

GoogleIt's not currently easy to find a flat in Glasgow, but Countrywide truly made the process seamless. I am a new resident from the central coast of California, and my contact with Countrywide (and Chrissie in particular) was smooth, with quick responses and excellent communications. Moving across the pond introduces some logistical hiccups, but Countrywide helped me navigate them at every step. Truly excellent experience.

GoogleAs a landlord I do not recommend using countrywide to be letting agents. My experience has been very negative. A scumbag tenant who didn't pay his rent and left the property in a poor state. Countrywide could not care less! And before Fiona or any of the team put a reply asking to contact them, I've already been to head office to be told nothing countrywide can do, not responsible for tenants not paying their rent and leaving property in a state! What's the point in having an agent??? Countrywide made it va very stressful experience so why have an agent?

GoogleI recently used Countrywide to find a flat in Glasgow. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering lots of advice and support throughout the whole process. The process was made very easy and straightforward, with the staff always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very flexible with viewings, which was very helpful.

GoogleThey were very prompt and helpful before i moved in- helped with the process. However, once collecting the keys i have barely heard from them. Multiple emails ignored, i have been given no person to contact regarding my flat and questions i may have, other than maintenance. In general, just wish the moving in process was a lot more informative and helpful, can't say im happy with them the agency that respect.
