Graham, Alice, Stephen and team were great at informing me of the process/keeping me updated with viewings and the house sold within 2 weeks. I found Katie slightly unprofessional as she called a recorded line at my solicitor’s office complaining about me constantly phoning her when I hadn’t phoned once (I emailed once to check for an invoice and secondly to thank her). She made a junior member of staff at the firm upset with her language and tone. Couldn’t fault the rest of the team - thank you!
