We just recently sold our property with countrywide and the service and experience was fantastic. Aidan came to value our property and we couldn’t thank him enough he was super helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. From start to finish I can’t thank all the team at countrywide enough our house wasn’t even on the market that long and it was sold. Having bought my house through them 2 years ago, My mortgage is due and so I needed a valuation of the property to get a more updated price on it. I called them two weeks ago to arrange a time and date suitable for us both to get it done, only to be told the night before the date it wasn’t worth their time as I was not interested in selling the property, only getting a valuation for a new mortgage. I said Fine and left it at that thinking about other estate agents and options. A couple of days later I recieved a call from them Apologising for the cancellation and did I wish to rebook again. I mentioned my concerns about the last cancellation and the Adviser was very sorry and said “No it will go ahead, we will send you an email to confirm. Well, I never received an email confirming the appointment, so the day before I called again to confirm it was going ahead. “Yes I can see it in the diary”, I will get the assessor to call you when he comes back in”. Well again, I never got that call, so I left work early to make the appointment agreed with th at my house, only to be let down yet again and no one show. I will be calling them tomorrow to also complain to the manager, but don’t hold much hope.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lorna & Niamh at Country Wide Airdrie! These ladies are a credit to your team! We recently purchased a property for our son & had a few tricky situations arise due to outstanding repairs needing carried out before completion (lawyers taking forever) we were afraid we would lose the purchase. I contacted Lorna & she immediately contacted the seller & sorted the issue out. She was so helpful, friendly & a true professional. Niamh was a dream to deal with, she arranged the mortgage & insurance with ease, talked us through the complete process & kept in touch frequently to insure we were updated. Both ladies were outstanding & I wouldn’t hesitate to use the branch again.

Our experience so far has been one of many ups and downs however what I will say is the saving grace of our situation has been Lorna. Having sold our house for the 2nd time after the 1st falling through after 5 months through a buyers sheer negligence, she has resolved situations that solicitors have sat and let run down the 1st time in this 2nd sale. Always pleasant and plenty of banter on the phone, a real asset to have at the forefront of the Estate Agent. Shoutout to Aidan and Olivia aswell.

My self and partner have recently just sold our house through Countrywide and from start to finish the team could not be anymore helpful! There is going above and beyond and then there is what this team has done! Lorna the manager has had constant contact with me, Lorna has also been getting involved in the solicitor side of things which has massively reduced my stress levels. There never been a time someone has picked up the phone with out the cheeriest of voice! I truely can’t express my gratitude and all my thanks for what this team has done for us. They really are worth their weight in gold! We have used Conor to get our Mortgage and I honestly can’t put into words how fantastic and efficient he has been. He has truely turned a nightmare into a dream, not only has he been our mortgage adviser but he has just about became my personal therapist (sorry Connor 🙈) so for that we really do thank you Conor! This whole team are just absolutely fantastic and I cannnot recommend them enough!

Where do I start. We had an absolute nightmare with our mortgage advisor. It turned into a comedy of errors at every single stage. BUT lorna and Connor at countrywide stepped in and went above and beyond to help us. They literally saved the day and resolved all issues that were nothing to do with them. A 10 min meeting with Connor who sat with us and worked out or mortgage issue was all that was needed to resolve what another advisor took almost 2 months to do. They have been very helpful in every way. For a young man, Connor is fantastic at his job and very professional. A true credit to his workplace. Lorna was personally invested in helping us, don't know where we would have been without her help. All of this and they were the estate agents for the seller, they didn't have to do anything for us but they made it there mission to push things forward. Amy was a massive help too, I actually speak here like they are all friends of ours. we've spoken to them so much over the last few weeks it feels like it lol. Far too many people now are out to do what they have to do... not the team at airdrie! They have done everything in there power to assist and now me and my wife have our first home.. Thanks a lot guys. We will definitely be using them for any future remortgages or sales.

Couldn't speak highly enough of Amy & Brian at Countrywide in Airdrie. My partner was selling her flat in the local area, and within 2 days, Amy had managed to arrange 4 viewings. On the same day Brian done the viewings, we had an offer and now 3-4 weeks later, everything has been finalised with lawyers and sale now complete.
