GoogleOutstanding service from Jennifer at Countrywide Hamilton! Jennifer has been an absolute superstar throughout the whole process of arranging my mortgage. Her knowledge, professionalism and, above all, her patience have been outstanding. Buying a home and arranging a mortgage can feel incredibly daunting, but Jennifer made the whole experience so much easier. She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her support and expertise. The level of service Jennifer provided far outweighed the cost and I couldn’t be happier with the help and guidance I received. Googlenitial house valuation and getting the house to market was done very efficiently and quickly which was great. And when I was struggling to get answers on my case, the staff at Countrywide were very helpful and understanding. Viewings were done pretty well. One minor thing I noticed was that I felt like some information were not fully shared between the team and therefore during the viewings, when people asked about say parking space allocation, I had to answer this again.

GoogleSo disgusted with countrywide,my daughter met chloe from Hamilton branch to rent out a flat.....no response for nearly 2 weeks and my daughter was phoning every day and leaving a message to see what was happening, absolutely disgusting practise can't even phone the girl back and worst of all its the flat downstairs from her mum so she will end up seeing who gets it,all they had to do was answer her and tell her yes or no......i will be taking this further to their head office!

GoogleWe are so incredibly impressed with the Countrywide team who have been along with us moving into our new home. Robyn has done so much to look after us through this transition. She has been prompt, eager to help, kind, friendly and attentive. The exact same can also be said for Fiona who made every effort to get us the flat we were desperately excited to get! They are open on Saturdays and are willing to work viewings around your schedule which was so helpful as a teacher. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the effort of the Countrywide team! The maintenance portal has been very user friendly and the contract signing process was quick, easy, and efficient! The tenant portal is quite glitchy. But Robyn ensured that all documents were sent by email and made every effort to rectify the problem. This is a team that cares for their tenants. Thank you again, if you have the chance to rent with Countrywide then take it!

GoogleI lived in a private let for 9 months and within this time period i had no issues with countrywide. They were amazing from start to finish. Liased with the landlord to get myself and my children into the property as my circumstances were desperate. The landlord wasn't the most reliable at dealing with issues or answering the phone but they persevered as i did not want to deal with the landlord directly. The property management manager Callum Sloan took over my case and i cannot sing his praises enough. He was empathetic & patient with excellent communcation skills. He went over & above for me every time & i'm very grateful. Was even up for a bit of banter. Customer service 10/10. Cannot sing his praises enough. I would definitely recommend countrywide as a letting agent and use them again going forwards. Thank you Callum!!
