Outstanding service from Jennifer at Countrywide Hamilton! Jennifer has been an absolute superstar throughout the whole process of arranging my mortgage. Her knowledge, professionalism and, above all, her patience have been outstanding. Buying a home and arranging a mortgage can feel incredibly daunting, but Jennifer made the whole experience so much easier. She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her support and expertise. Massive thank you to Jennifer Middleton for all her help during the process of buying our first home. From viewing a property to having an offer accepted and completing the mortgage application all in one day!!! Jennifer went above and beyond, staying up late to get it all sorted for us!! I was introduced to Jennifer Middleton at Countrywide Hamilton by a friend who couldn't speak highly enough of her, and I'm so glad they did. Before being introduced to Jennifer, I'd used another mortgage advisor but had found the whole process confusing and frustrating. Communication was difficult, and I often struggled to get hold of them. Jennifer was the complete opposite from day one. She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of things I was unsure about, but Jennifer always made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She always responded quickly to calls and emails, and even got in touch outside of normal working hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Buying your first home can be stressful and uncertain, but Jennifer made the whole experience feel manageable and easy. We can't thank the team at Countrywide enough for all their help and support throughout our sale. After having a really poor experience with another estate agency and then having an offer fall through, we were feeling quite stressed and unsure about the whole process and whether to even sell. From the very first meeting with Molly, who came out to our house, we felt much more positive and reassured. Nicole was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic throughout. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond to any questions, and genuinely cared about helping us get the best outcome. From the first moment Jennifer Middleton reached out to myself and we were starting early and to be organised with renewing my mortgage I knew I was in great hands. Renewing your mortgage can be overwhelming and especially with my 12 hour shifts and staying in contact with Jennifer. The worst of worst communication Iaps I have ever seen. I have recently moved out from one of the properties managed by countrywide. At the end of tenancy, I’ve completely taken care of Cleaning myself by booking a private cleaners and have steam cleaned the carpet and give the property as it is when it was handed over to me. But the property management team have charged my total deposit for Cleaning. The provider me with an initial report after end of the tenancy Which states the property is clean and there is no need of any further cleaning. But all of a sudden, they’re saying that Properties is not clean and they’re charging me my entire deposit to clean the house. They’re completely robbing the tenants. They are providing me the quotes For Cleaning without any company name or a cleaner name on it, which clearly says they’re robbing the tenants. Never trust countrywide. Never in your life, trust countrywide.

So disgusted with countrywide,my daughter met chloe from Hamilton branch to rent out a flat.....no response for nearly 2 weeks and my daughter was phoning every day and leaving a message to see what was happening, absolutely disgusting practise can't even phone the girl back and worst of all its the flat downstairs from her mum so she will end up seeing who gets it,all they had to do was answer her and tell her yes or no......i will be taking this further to their head office!

I rented a property from countrywide, had a really bad experience there were issues with leaks, which they took weeks on end to fix, at one point we were living there with a really bad smell coming from the bathroom as the toilet was leaking we suffered for weeks on end, kept telling us they couldn’t get hold of landlord to get permission for repairs, absolutely sick, didn’t carry out gas safety checks we were there over a year, the carbo monoxide alarm wasn’t working, before i left I cleaned the property thoroughly left it absolutely sparkling as I wanted my deposit back, but guess what it’s been nearly 4 months and they are fighting me to keep my deposit saying the property wasn’t cleaned and I had damaged the property, I don’t know how they are getting away with all these lies just to steal my deposit . One unhappy and angry tenant , I would give them a minus star if it was possible , getting through wasn’t easy sometimes it was a couple of days before I had contact with them

The whole process did take a bit of time, but that was expected given the situation, and everything was handled professionally in the end.
