I lived in a private let for 9 months and within this time period i had no issues with countrywide. They were amazing from start to finish. Liased with the landlord to get myself and my children into the property as my circumstances were desperate. The landlord wasn't the most reliable at dealing with issues or answering the phone but they persevered as i did not want to deal with the landlord directly. The property management manager Callum Sloan took over my case and i cannot sing his praises enough. He was empathetic & patient with excellent communcation skills. He went over & above for me every time & i'm very grateful. Was even up for a bit of banter. Customer service 10/10. Cannot sing his praises enough. I would definitely recommend countrywide as a letting agent and use them again going forwards. Thank you Callum!!

Everything ran so smoothly and easily from start to finish. Noticed property as soon as it was listed, contacted Countrywide and viewing arranged as soon as poslsible (thanks Fiona). Our daughter was able to make first viewing, second viewing arranged, again as soon as possible. Small, but important issues noticed during viewings relayed to landlord and most important rectified as before we picked up keys. After weeks of flat searching I got a next day flat viewing at my now new home! A lovely gentleman called Suream let us into the property and was very knowledgable about everything in the flat as well as the flat history! Robyn phoned me straight after my viewing to see whether I was interested. She quickly and efficiently ran through all of my questions to note my interest. Robyn contacted the landlord straight away and within an hour I was told the landlord wanted to put my through referencing. I was passed on to Anna who was AMAZING! Finding a flat in Glasgow is difficult since the market is so competitive. In my nearly a month long search I had several poor experiences with other realtors. Countrywide, on the other hand, made it their priority to help me find the perfect flat and to get in in the shortest window possible. We are so incredibly impressed with the Countrywide team who have been along with us moving into our new home. Robyn has done so much to look after us through this transition. She has been prompt, eager to help, kind, friendly and attentive. The exact same can also be said for Fiona who made every effort to get us the flat we were desperately excited to get! They are open on Saturdays and are willing to work viewings around your schedule which was so helpful as a teacher. I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the effort of the Countrywide team! The maintenance portal has been very user friendly and the contract signing process was quick, easy, and efficient! The tenant portal is quite glitchy. But Robyn ensured that all documents were sent by email and made every effort to rectify the problem. This is a team that cares for their tenants.
