My experience from start to finish with Countrywide Shawlands was excellent. From Graeme coming out to do the valuation, I was supported with my (hundreds of) questions and made to feel more certain about the process. The team were always willing to provide advice, and made clear to me what my options were at each stage. My flat went on the market on Monday morning, and was sold by Wednesday lunchtime. I was so impressed by the work of the team, they were open in communication and welcomed questions - they were very efficient and always willing to chat things through. (The surveyor who did my home report said they were great too). Thanks so much to Alarise, Connor, Katie, Lucy and Graeme and the team for all their work, reassurance and for getting me a buyer that will love my home as much as I did. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Countrywide Shawlands to sell your home too.

I can’t compliment Countrywide , Kilmarnock Rd branch highly enough. From the initial visit to discuss the sale eg within 90mins, I had a written confirmation of what was discussed and agreed. Graham, Alice, Stephen and team were great at informing me of the process/keeping me updated with viewings and the house sold within 2 weeks. I found Katie slightly unprofessional as she called a recorded line at my solicitor’s office complaining about me constantly phoning her when I hadn’t phoned once (I emailed once to check for an invoice and secondly to thank her). Fantastic! We can all agree that selling an apartment is very often stressful experience. However, the Countrywide Shawlands team made this journey fairly easy and a bit less daunting. The whole process started with Graeme, who provided me with rough estimate and told me what I could expect in terms of potential market value of the apartment. He also gave me some hints and tips in order to give myself the best chance for the best price. A home survey and a photographer were arranged very quickly. Both the photos and the video of the apartment were beautiful and really reflected both the character of the apartment and its good vibes. Alice and Lyndsay were absolutely amazing with viewing arrangements and were always available for me answering all questions and cheering me up with very busy viewing schedule. The whole team was always approachable and I never felt like I was left alone during the process. The price structure is very clear and transparent and there are no hidden surprises. I am very pleased with the service provided by the Countrywide Shawlands and I have already recommended them to all my friends. Needless to say, if I am selling another apartment, I will definitely use them again.
