Moved to Countrywide after a poor experience with a previous estate agents. I was selling my late mums house in Larkhall. From the moment Vikki arrived to value the property right through to the professionalism of manager Nicole, Laura and Patricia in the office. Each had a 'can do', attitude. Every stage of the process was, explained and communication was excellent getting regular updates. Having previously had the house on the market for 4 months, Countrywide sold it in 2 weeks as predicted at a very acceptable price. They did exactly what they said they would and took away all the pressure and stress of selling. My experience is not all estate agents are the same. I would 100% recommend Countrywide to anyone.

I bought a house through Countrywide Hamilton & they have by far been the best I’ve dealt with. I was kept UTD, not waiting days for an update, really accommodating when communicating between seller & buyer. 2 working day’s for the whole process ( viewed on bank holiday Friday, started talks on the Saturday & by Monday morning our offer was accepted & being processed ) It was Laura that I was in contact with mostly, lovely, very polite & built great rapport with me. Branch Manager Nicole was just as accommodating too, even giving us a follow up call to let us know everything was all done & the Sold signs had been ordered for our next home! Would recommend & would use next time we sell.

If you are looking to sell, I would strongly advise against using this agency. I am a buyer. I requested a Home Report on a property 12 times over a month period, and 4 times for another property, and never got a response. Chased multiple times. They don’t respond to calls. As a result, buyers gets less interest, fewer offers and a lower sales price. I’d list with another agency.
