I recently bought a flat in Merchant City through Countrywide and they were amazing! I was a first-time buyer and countrywide was with me every step of the way. There was a whole load of complications when buying the flat around due to the council and the vendor but Countrywide was always there on the phone keeping me in the loop as well as reassuring me all was going to be okay during that stressful time! Also big shout out to Lauren who was my main contact at Countrywide. Herself and the rest of the team were incredibly efficient and very sweet. I could not recommend Countrywide enough!

It's not currently easy to find a flat in Glasgow, but Countrywide truly made the process seamless. Countrywide's Dennistoun branch couldn't have been more helpful with the sale of my flat. I was anxious and had no idea what to expect as it was my first time selling but Stuart put me to ease straight away and explained exactly how the process worked and what Countrywide could do for me. After having my property on the market with a competitor some time back and it not selling or having one viewer in the first month, all the staff at Countrywide Kirkintilloch not only got us an amazing offer ( 5 offers) way over the asking price, but could have had it sold within the week too!! It took 2 weeks but this was because we wanted to keep it on he market for this time. They did a fantastic job of carrying out viewings ( over 30)!There could have been a lot more but we took Fiona’s correct advice and decided on a closing date.
