GoogleProbably the worst lettings experience I've ever had in the UK... Summarising into bulletpoints: 1. Didn't have the flat cleaned before providing me with the keys (the fridge was mouldy, old food in the cupboards, hair on the bathroom floor, closet was a mess, etc.), 2. Haven't sent over any inventory lists despite endless phone calls and emails to the letting agency to get this over, 3. Doesn't seem like they know anything about the property e.g., asked where the bins were but no one could provide with an answer, 4. Both the property manager and lettings agency were both very rude and unhelpful on the phone and did not hear out any of my concerns whatsoever until I had to really push for it (especially with the bins and flat cleaning situation!) I cannot emphasize enough - please do NOT rent/let with this lettings agency.

GoogleAfter a little tricky start, Lorna & her team, but Lorna in particular totally changed my mind on selling my house with Countrywide Scotland. Professional experience and Customer Service Second to none since. Always there whenever I needed help or didn't understand something. I couldn't have asked for much more! Lorna is such a lovely and approachable person, she is an absolute asset to the branch and deserves the recognition. Thanks again, guys!

GoogleMy self and partner have recently just sold our house through Countrywide and from start to finish the team could not be anymore helpful! There is going above and beyond and then there is what this team has done! Lorna the manager has had constant contact with me, Lorna has also been getting involved in the solicitor side of things which has massively reduced my stress levels. There never been a time someone has picked up the phone with out the cheeriest of voice! I truely can’t express my gratitude and all my thanks for what this team has done for us. They really are worth their weight in gold! We have used Conor to get our Mortgage and I honestly can’t put into words how fantastic and efficient he has been. He has truely turned a nightmare into a dream, not only has he been our mortgage adviser but he has just about became my personal therapist (sorry Connor 🙈) so for that we really do thank you Conor! This whole team are just absolutely fantastic and I cannnot recommend them enough!

GoogleWould recommend. Being a first time landlord I had no real idea where to start. Kellie sold me right away with her enthusiasm and guidance on everything. Yasmin was available to me at all times and was so helpful. Not even a week on the market and the tenants were secured. They handled pretty much everything from the get go and made my life so easy , I felt secure that it was all in hand and to the letter of the law.

GoogleMoving house is a nightmare…. This however was my first time using Countrywide and I must admit that it has been a completely stressless experience for a change ! Miss Kirsten tait who I’ve had the pleasure of having as my agent has done and continues to do a Fantastic job . I Can’t recommend both countrywide and Kirsten enough as my experience has been without fault and they have delivered an excellent service !

GoogleYasmin was so helpful throughout our renting process. Really good and fast communication, and went the extra mile to assist us through the whole referencing and application process. She even helped to speed up the process to ensure we got our keys when it suited us. I would really recommend Countrywide and Yasmin for anyone looking to let or rent a property!!!
