GoogleWhere do I start. We had an absolute nightmare with our mortgage advisor. It turned into a comedy of errors at every single stage. BUT lorna and Connor at countrywide stepped in and went above and beyond to help us. They literally saved the day and resolved all issues that were nothing to do with them. A 10 min meeting with Connor who sat with us and worked out or mortgage issue was all that was needed to resolve what another advisor took almost 2 months to do. They have been very helpful in every way. For a young man, Connor is fantastic at his job and very professional. A true credit to his workplace.
Lorna was personally invested in helping us, don't know where we would have been without her help. All of this and they were the estate agents for the seller, they didn't have to do anything for us but they made it there mission to push things forward. Amy was a massive help too, I actually speak here like they are all friends of ours. we've spoken to them so much over the last few weeks it feels like it lol. Far too many people now are out to do what they have to do... not the team at airdrie! They have done everything in there power to assist and now me and my wife have our first home..
Thanks a lot guys.
We will definitely be using them for any future remortgages or sales.

GoogleBeen dealing with these guys for a few months now with regards to the sale of my house. I'd have thought that everything that they needed would have been brought up at the start of the process. That's far from the case. Each day brings another phone call with a request or new requirement that I feel should have been dealt with on day one.
Be sure to take all your annual leave from work so that you are available for them when they call. In my case it's been multiple vague voicemails during my working day asking to call them back with no actual insight into what it is they need from me. And when I do call back I'm put to an answering machine as their office is closed or too busy to take my call. Complain about any process you aren't happy about to them and you are met with literal arguments from them with made up timelines of "clear" messages they have sent.
Selling a house should be made simple for sellers. This place makes it nothing but a nightmare.

GoogleI had a really positive experience using Countrywide West End to rent out my flat and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do the same.
I always felt they were giving me sound advice from years of experience in the business and brought up useful points that I wouldn’t have thought of myself.
They also ran a very personalised service. Yasmin worked hard to find the correct tenants for me and my flat, there was no pressure to accept tenants quickly, and I always felt they gave me honest and insightful feedback after each viewing.
Yasmin went the extra mile, even removing some leftover boxes from the previous tenants so that I didn’t have to come and do that myself from Inverness!
Their communication by phone and email was excellent and I really appreciated that I was always kept in mind and in the loop. It was very convenient that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp because I don’t have a good phone signal where I work.
