When possible Sam booked all viewings at convenient times around my work schedule., This was helpful as it meant the viewings caused as little disruption to my day.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Charters in all spheres.
It was our first experience and interaction with them and purely coincidental as I found them online while searching for a suitable rental property from abroad.
First impressions were created when Katherine Donegan (who turned out to be our agent) showed much initiative in contacting me personally via phone overseas when I sent a brief email needing some questions and answers needed.
No other local agency responded like this !
We had very limited time within which to source a rental home and thankfully both the agent and property were very much to our liking.

She always gave me an in depth description of potential tenants which was a great help to me as I live in the flat below the flat that I let out. She was always punctual, polite, professional and engaged extremely well with potential tenants. I was informed of all viewing arrangements and was given feedback in a timely fashion. Having let my property through Charters for a number of years I used them recently to market the property for sale and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to prospective sellers, buyers, landlords or tenants. Losing the first buyer after three weeks was disappointing but Matt worked hard to achieve a new sale which we did within four days. Matt has always been available to take my calls and has chased the sale through to completion which has been greatly appreciated.
In the age of online only estate agents I would still say the traditional high street agent has much more to offer and you won't be disappointed if you choose Charters.
