Victoria was so professional and very friendly. She had all the information I needed for the property I was viewing and was very accommodating when I wanted to view the property again and then a third time which resulted in putting in an offer! Victoria has a lovely sincerity about her and I know that she is a great asset where ever she works as she just naturally wants to help. I was buying on this occasion but I wouldn't hesitate to put my property on the market with Victoria as I know she would always put her helpful enthusiasm into the given task. Thank you again!

My dear Dad passed away recently and we used Charters to value his house for probate purposes. I was greeted with a very smiley and professional lady who was just wonderful. I’ve never had to do anything like this before, and they made the whole process from beginning to the valuation simple and pain free. Come rain or shine, Hayley would meet our prospective tenants on time and with a smile. Feedback was both prompt and an honest indication as to how the viewing went. If we had concerns about having a dogs in the property, she would always ask to see them and give us her thoughts as to how well they, and the tenants, behaved!

I have to agree with the other reviews in that Tom was by far the most helpful and proactive of all the agents we were registered with.in Winchester. He has a pleasant demeanour, always friendly and quick to act when suitable properties came up. I have had contact with Nony for 2 years now in our search for two properties. Having viewed around 50 properties with various agents beforehand, our first experience with Charters provided us with a perfect new home. The house had just been taken on and Hayley arranged our viewing before it even went on the market. We loved it right away and Sarah was great in helping us make our offer and "seal the deal" roughly 45 minutes after viewing. Both Hayley and Sarah have been very professional, efficient, friendly and approachable since that day. I would highly recommend them both to give excellent advice and guidance throughout the process of finding and selecting the right property. Thank you both so much.
