GoogleCharters has been a pleasure to deal with as we have searched for a new home in Hampshire. All the staff we have dealt with have been pro-active, informative and helpful. So much better than many other estate agents we have dealt with. Particular thanks are due to Jorgia in Chandlers Ford and Lottie and Tom in Romsey. All have been a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Charters estate agents, specifically Georgia who has been wonderful in helping us with our rental property so far. She has excellent communication and has kept us in the loop at all times, nothing is too much trouble. Georgia was helpful at both our first and second viewings, and very knowledgeable about the process whenever we have had any questions. Thank you for making the relocation process so smooth!

GoogleOutstanding service from Charters Estate Agents I’ve used Charters Estate Agents for the past 15 months and have been extremely impressed with the service throughout. Their fully managed service has made being a landlord incredibly straightforward, with any issues, whether plumbing, gardening, roofing, electrics or anything else, dealt with quickly and efficiently. Last year, they found excellent tenants for my property within a month. More recently, my existing tenants unexpectedly decided to leave, but Charters once again delivered. A new tenant was found, fully checked and agreed to move into the flat within just five weeks, an excellent result given the circumstances. A special mention must go to Jacqui and Kirstie, who have been fantastic and played a key role in finding the new tenant. They have both been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout. I’m very happy with Charters and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords. Great service, excellent communication and a very impressive fully managed service. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe originally bought our house through Charters, who happened to be the selling agent, and were so impressed by how well we were looked after as buyers that, when it came to selling our home, we knew we wanted to go back to them. Toby was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He genuinely treated our house as if it were his own, taking the time to understand all the little details and personal touches that made it special to us. He kept us completely in the loop with feedback throughout and worked hard to make sure we found the right buyers for our much-loved home, not simply the quickest sale. We really felt that Toby cared about getting the right result for us, and his personal approach made the whole process so much easier. We couldn’t recommend Toby and the Charters of Alton team highly enough.

GoogleI cannot recommend Sarah Bainbridge highly enough. After searching for a property for almost three months, I was beginning to lose hope, but Sarah made the entire experience so much easier. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. I work full-time with long and unpredictable hours, yet she always went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, arranging viewings at times that worked for me and being flexible whenever possible. GoogleWe were so well looked after by the team at Charters Farnham from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole experience stress-free. They found us a wonderful little cottage and guided us through every step, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The team were always professional, and incredibly efficient.
