Jo, is a true star! The buying process is not something I had been through before but luckily for me Jo was on hand pretty much 24/7 with much needed support and clear communication. She kept the whole process constantly moving in the right direction with very regular updates and managing communication with all parties involved.
Jo dealt with my daily phone calls exceptionally well, handling each conversation with understanding and her lovely personable nature.
I am sure her workload is extremely heavy with lots of clients to manage but she made us feel like this was the only purchase she was handling and we were her top priority - I am sure that’s how everyone must feel when they have Jo on their side.
When our solicitor called us to say we had exchanged, it was Jo I called first to share the joy, even before my family! - Thank you Jo!

Tom was great from the first time we walked into Charters right up to signing for our perfect house.
After just one meeting he knew exactly what type of house we were after! He introduced us to the house we ended up loving and buying. But also provided a list of other options & viewings that were all very suitable to our wants and needs.
I particularly remember a day at nearly 7pm where we were deciding between our new house and a house from another agent and had to make a quick decision, Even at this late hour on a Friday he managed to stop what he was doing and personally show us round the property last minute. We were sold after this viewing and put in an offer the following day.
Always easy to get hold off, he made the buying process much easier for my girlfriend and I!
