GoogleI recently started renting an apartment through this agency and the experience was unbeatable. Their staff is very friendly and professional and we only deal with one person during the entire process, making it far more easier than our experience with larger agencies. I highly recommend it.

Google0 stars out of 5 if I could! A landlord or agent should provide a copy of the tenancy agreement (letting contract) before taking the holding deposit, but he (or they) hesitate to provide free of charge a copy of contract for review prior to references begun

FacebookI was supposed to meet the agent yesterday as I fixed an appointment the day before. He never showed up and he didn't send any cancellation email. He didn't contact me and, on top of that, he either disconnected the phone or blocked my call. This is a clear example of a non professional team who doesn't care for their customers. Seriousness and competence are by far the worst ever experienced. I am happy not to consider any of the housing opportunities of this agency. Stay away from this, not recommended at all!
