I found it absolutely unprofessional to advertise the neighbouring house instead of actual property just because it looks better in the picture. We haven’t received any confirmation details for the viewing and were not told that the property we wanted to see is occupied by the landlord who will provide viewing fo us. I called the office number immdetialy to clarify the street number of the property but no one has ever picked up my number.

Hi Denisa. We are sorry that you have had a bad experience. Century 21 Ilford take our public reputation very seriously. We always try and be transparent and straight forward in our dealings. I have discussed the matter with our staff this morning, and officially respond as follows: 1. You are correct that the exterior photo was that of the property adjacent. However, both properties are owned by the same owner. All other aspects of the advertising exactly illustrate the property as it is, even the floor plan. 2. It was explained to you when you enquired that the self-contained Studio Flat was located on the second floor, and was within the house owned by the owner. 3. When you spoke with our agent, you stated that you needed to confirm the viewing with your husband. You did not call back. This is why your viewing was not officially booked onto the system. 4. I have looked though our phone logs and can see that we received multiple calls on Saturday afternoon. Our office closes at 1pm. Missed calls are usually responded to first thing on Monday morning. Having said this, Century 21 Ilford apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

They followed up on the matter and got that sorted within days. I am happy to report that they are serious to mend any mistake they make. I am looking fwd to work with them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Hussain from Century21, I've never seen such an amazing enthusiastic agent ever in my life!! & I've dealt with plenty of different agents throughout a lifetime. Although the property I've enquired about was no longer available, I've been dazzled with how transparent his services was best of wishes I hope you go far.

Dealing with Century 21 in Forest Gate, during a personal stressful time with our probate property, we were highly impressed with the service provided in selling our family home. Thank you Louis, the branch manager, he has been a saving grace in selling my property, which took 16 months to complete due to incompetent solicitors. He keep his eyes on the ball, moving things forwards consistently. Worth his weight in gold. Out of all local agents, 8 in total who came to view my property, he came trumps, he knew what he was doing and I knew that I could trust him straight away.
