GoogleWe had an excellent stay in November 2023. Apartment is beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings (including king size bed!) and everything you could need in the kitchen. The view from the balcony is stunning. Located on a major route for the buses and train station is a short walk. Jameson was very responsive regarding one small issue and he met us when we arrived. Five stars all around! One note is that the end of November and December is when many of the restaurants in Villefranche take their annual break, so a short trip to Nice is necessary to dine out.

GoogleThanks to Hanane and Jamison, we spent two fantastic off-season weeks in Villefranche-sur-Mer. We fell in love with this small town. Quiet, picturesque, safe, and friendly, with many excellent restaurants, Villefranche is a rare gem on the Cote d'Azur and close to the much larger Nice (we even walked to Nice a few times). And the Dolce Vita apartment - one of the best we've ever stayed in - fully matches the city's beauty. It's spacious, has a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a kitchen with everything you wish. The apartment has a great terrace with stunning views of the city, sea, and mountains. Thank you, Dolce Vita, for the excellent communication and experience. Highly recommended.

From the moment I reached out to her, Hanane was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and find the perfect tenants for my property. She and her team handled everything from advertising the apartment to coordinating viewings and ultimately, negotiating a rental agreement that was fair for both me and the tenants.

GoogleTerrible organization and simply a bunch of promises that never came true. I heard many times the expression "leave that with us to solve" and they did nothing to help us. Had to follow up on all points and their lack of attention to details was horrible. I worked with them over many deals and helped even closes deals that were theirs that were falling apart. And also delivered to them new business. They are just not professional nor transparent. The last deal ended in a dispute that they failed to even assist the resolution in any way. I rate them as the worst service company I have met in my 35+ years of doing business in the property sector.

It's interesting to hear from you after such a long period. Firstly, it's important to clarify that you are not our client. Leaving a 1-star review due to a dispute between yourself and your landlord is essentially irrelevant. Your attempt to publicly address your issues appears to be an attempt to deflect responsibility, which is perfectly acceptable from my perspective as the owner of the company.
You took it upon yourself to find new tenants for your landlord, tenants who, incidentally, are not meeting their rental obligations. By bypassing the established process and attempting to handle matters independently, you've created unnecessary complications. We could have sourced more reliable tenants who adhere to rental agreements and market rates.
The dispute you're involved in with your landlord is a matter between you and him, not involving us, as we were not managing the property during your tenancy. Any damage to his property occurred under the management of another agent, and your expectation for us to intervene is unfounded. In essence, you hold no affiliation with our company.
We are content not to engage further with you and are fortunate to have other clients who appreciate and value our diligent efforts. Farewell!
