I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dolce Vita and must say wow what a big difference compared to the rest - a personal touch, not bounced around different individuals offering properties in areas you specifically said you didn't want but as important the communication was always responsive and pro-active. Worth also mentioning that their marketing is very high quality photos/videos compared to the others.
An easygoing relaxed team that you don't pressure you into a sale. In fact, they were so much better than the rest that I recommended them to various landlords, all whom now use them!

We were disheartened to receive yet another one-star review, this time from Nina, especially following the introduction you both facilitated with your landlord. Despite our efforts to assist you and our appreciation shown by hosting you at Le Petit Beef Bar, where the bill exceeded £500, it's disheartening to receive such negative feedback, particularly from individuals who aren't our clients.
It's noteworthy that Nina is Aron's wife, who posted a one-star review on Google yesterday.
We hope you both discover more constructive ways to address any concerns you may have in the future.
Referring individuals to us does not automatically make you our client. It simply indicates that you appreciate our work, as noted by Nina on 27/11/2021 when you rented an apartment and were highly satisfied with our service, evident from the 5-star review left by Nina on Google (proof available upon request). It's ironic that you edited your review in 2024 after causing damage to your landlord's property through another estate agency.
There is no existing contract between us, and if there is, we invite you to present it to the public.
As business owners, we unfortunately cannot rate individuals like yourself negatively on Google, as it only allows for positive reviews. Google only permits individuals to review businesses, but it does not allow business owners to review spammers like yourselves.
It seems you have little else to occupy your time in Madrid besides leaving reviews on our page, despite not being our clients.
We have no desire to engage with individuals like yourselves in the future. Aron, your actions are more indicative of your own ego.
