Hanane is without a doubt the most helpful agent I have ever come across in my life ( and there are a few!) She is lovely, will sort any problems within a day, replies to your e-mails pretty much instantly, which I find amazing these days, where most agencies take for ever to reply to a simple e-mail.
Me and my flatmates feel like we have been looked after at all times, which we really appreciate.
For all this and many more I would rate Hanane with 5 stars and a half :)

I met Robin when I called in to ask about an advertisement for a flat online and he offered to meet me on the same day in the evening to show me around the place.
It was my first time renting in London and I was still very unsure about the process and the costs and Robin helped me every step of the way. From understanding the documentation and costs to getting setup with utilities and even connectivity.
