Sincere and Heartfelt Thanks

Such an amazing team and amazing service. When I thought all was lost in my search to find a tenant for my flat, Hanane and Jenniffer stepped in and took control. Within a week there were viewings and lots of interest. It took only a few weeks to find the tenants who move into my property next week. They could not have done enough to help. They made it easy for me to sign up with Century21, which allowed me to focus on settling into my new role and a new country more than 6000 miles away from home. I know they had my interests at heart the whole way through the journey. I can’t thank them enough.

Approachable, friendly, professional and honest.

Hanane helped us at a crucial time between tenants. The property had been left empty for a few months and needed some work done. Within 24hours of speaking to her she had found suitable tenants and helped organise some refurbishment work for our house. She has a first class professional attitude 24/7 and kept our requirements at the top of her priorities. Constantly went above and beyond to answer her emails and continued to call me when needed to help whatever the time! She even emailed me during her holiday abroad to ensure that the new tenants had moved in over Easter with no problems. I never had a doubt when I called her with another problem to help solve that she wouldn't have a swift and reasonable solution. I would highly recommend her as she takes the time to listen to you, is honest, approachable, doesn't make promises that are unrealistic, keeps things professional but maintains to still be appropriately personal and overall is a lovely person.

Friendly and helpful

Robin was superb in helping us find a tenant. Within a week of seeing him, he found us a suitable tenant. His knowledge of the building and the local area really helped a lot. His service after was also excellent. He helped us change light bulbs and fix a bed, and arranged an oven cleaning and an inventory check. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to rent out their property.

Excellent service

Hanane and Chris were both composite professionals during my recent dealings with them. They provided an excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to to others to find suitable tenants for a rental property.
