GoogleWe sold a property through Century 21. Paulina is a very friendly and bubbly person and her knowledge of sales are excellent. She handled all the viewings and was spot on with reporting back to us before and after viewing took place. Century 21 is the way forward for sales and rentals. All the best.

GoogleExcellent experience with Abhi at Goodmayes office. I needed to rent despite my busy schedules but Abhi was overly proactive and he made the process smooth for me. Currently,most parts of Ilford are experiencing water shortages but my flat is an exception. Thank You Abhi

GoogleWARNING -Keep clear of this agency. Not all is what it seems. Very fake and unprofessional people. They are fast to take your money. After which, the games begin and it’s too late. Such a dishonest company. Dealing with these people was draining, frustrating and the one of the worst decisions iv made. And also affected me financially. There are other estate agents in the area that are much better and professional. Don’t get sucked in by the fake smiles and promises.

GoogleThese guys are an absolute clown show to be honest. They claim to be selling agents but from what ive seen, they couldn't sell water to a dehydrated man in the desert! They have 10 properties on Rightmove for sale and only 2 are sold!! The pictures they use in their adverts are shocking! and they don't use floorplans either.. Honestly, they're attempt at marketing it childish at best.. I looked at using them but chose Sandra Davidson instead.

GooglePaulina has been the biggest help since my move and has helped me greatly to transition to my new home she was very prompt and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy as possible the whole team is very helpful and I would recommend their service . A extra special shout out to Paulina for swiftly getting my keys arranged and helping me with all the small details she is a credit to the company and is very good at her job.

GoogleI recently used Century 21 to sell my property, and I'm pleased with the overall experience. There were a couple of teething problems but these were quickly resolved thanks to the professionalism and efficiency of Paulina. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. I would definitely recommend her and Century 21 to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleAll started off great until about 3 weeks into the tenancy. I was told that the landlord had issued court documents to Century 21 Goodmayes (agent) and I had to vacate the property within days. Ever since then I’ve been trying to recover my deposit of £1800 without success. Century are saying the Landlord won’t reply to thier correspondence and my deposit is tied up with some moody looking DPS company which makes it almost impossible to get your deposit back… The whole thing seems to be a con, and I will be seeking legal advice to try and get my money back.

GoogleI have had a great experience with this agency. The agent allocated to me was Abhi. Abhi is extremely professional and he made this experience to be smooth and easy. Abhi was very punctual and he would always communicate with me the details and enquiries about the property. The property listed on the marked it was exactly the same as in reality compared to other advertising agencies where the photos/information do not match up with the actual description of the property. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a property.

GoogleWe were contacted by Paulina over 6 months ago to help her with a maintenance job. Our invoice for this job has still not been paid. We have given up on chasing this at this point but just thought we'd leave a review here to warn other tradespeople. These locations are franchised but even the head office has ignored us.

GoogleHonestly one of the smoothest transactions that I’ve had! The securing the property process was so quick, updated with all of the information without having to chase the agency, and now that we have moved in anytime we have an issue the agency is amazing at getting everything sorted! Even if the landlord is not being responsive they take action after taking all of the required steps to hear back! So they will definitely look after you and still do what’s best for the landlord too! Paulina deserves some flowers from the company as she has been amazing with everything! And Sunny too!

GoogleI live abroad, and was extremely fortunate back in March 2019 to find Century 21 in Goodmayes to look after my property. They oversaw the entire renovation of the flat, and moved in a tenant at record speed. Two years have passed since then, and it's time for an update! Despite incredibly difficult times ( Covid19) , the rent came in like clockwork every month! There were a few minor repairs ( a broken heater and broken electric cupboard door ), but Jas sent his own workmen, and did not charge me. I hope he doesn't see this, and remember to charge me now! The point is that it's good to know that Jas is not simply looking for ways to take advantage and earn extra money when it comes to minor repairs. A few weeks ago, the tenant asked if she could terminate her contract a few weeks early. Jas agreed on the condition that he could find a suitable replacement tenant. This is exactly what happened, and thanks to Jas and Paulina ( my personal contact in the office ) there was a seamless transition between outgoing and incoming tenants, without losing a single day's rent! This cannot be taken for granted, as in today's conditions, a property could easily sit empty for a while. Jas and Paulina ensured that the flat was left in pristine condition ( thanks also to the tenant! ) , and provided a detailed photographic record of the flat and its contents. For anyone who chooses to work with Jas, you need to know that he is terrible at replying quickly on Whatsapp ( at least compared to my high expectations) , but one cannot argue with the bottom line, he gets the job done! Paulina at least, is much better on Whatsapp! Almost August 2023. Time for an update, as a new property manager has joined Century 21, whose name is Ahbi. Despite the fact that everyone works as a team, I want to mention Ahbi's dedication and ability to sort problems out quickly! The management company informed Century 21 of an issue ( leak ) in the overflow pipe. They weren't sure if it was even coming from my apartment. Ahbi attended the property, realized that the problem was mine, and literally within hours had a plumber over to make a small repair to the boiler. He coordinated with the tenant and the plumber and was able to inform the management company that the issue had been resolved. Everyone was satisfied! Like Paulina, Abhi also answers WhatsApp messages almost immediately, which I personally appreciate. I feel like I am in good hands!

GoogleCentury 21 have been letting my property for over a year and were great when sorting new tenants after my previous tenants left with little to no notice. Abhi is the lead agent for my property and I can honestly say it’s a pleasure to work with him. Great communication, very reliable, and always on top of tenant queries/issues. Abhi helps to find a long term solution to any problem I’ve encountered so far in an efficient and cost effective manner. Highly recommend this letting agent and the team working for them. I had approched many people for almost 10 days for an accomodation but Century 21 helped me find the best accommodation within a day I approached them.. And the most important fact is that it was the best safe and modern also neat accommodation from the ones which I came across. GooglePaulina has been amazing to work with. This was our first ever flat that we rented and she really made it easy for us to move in. We had a lot of on-going issues with the place/landlord but she always resolved each and every issue, quickly and efficiently.
