GoogleFantastic service from Abhi and his maintainence partner Boni! We had an issue with our kitchen ceiling after a leak however Abhi was excepΘional in organising the repair and even more impressive in getting the works done in reasonable time without compromising quality. Left me feeling very comfortable and confidenΘ in my relationship with Century 21 knowing they can handle any problem with maximum efficiency. Great work as usual!

Jass and team went above and beyond to meet our needs, they were brilliant in keeping all correspondence and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them if one wants a smooth journey as a Landlord. They took over from start by putting our home on the market to finish with all the paper work and what goes in the back ground for letting a property out (legal stuff).Taking care of all the necessary changes which needed to be done all in good time. Special thanks to Paulina for her regular phone calls emails and updates and Samra and Sunny were great help......Thank you century 21 for being simply amazing. GoogleEveryone at Century 21 Goodmayes have been so helpful in letting my property, I have been letting for a long time and this is my 2nd time with Jas and his team, they were so great I just had to write a review. I found they were honest and transparent and went above and beyond to help me, they have restored my faith in letting agents again Thank you all for your help and hard work, I really appreciate it, specially Paulina. GoogleI have nothing but praise for the staff of century 21 goodmayes. I was looking for a new home in london recently. Abi, was very helpful from the moment i enquired about a viewing to completion. He went out his way to squeeze viewings for me. They showed the rental property the same day and kept me up to date and in regular contact with the office through every stage of the lettings process. Helped me secure the property i wanted. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience i had with Abi and the whole team at century 21 was truly professional. GoogleHad a viewing with them, and they tried to reschedule half an hour before the appointment but I was already there. Considering I lived far from the location. When I told them I was already there, they then told me fine they will come. They came 25 minutes late and as soon as I left, saw the agent drive in. Poor attitude, poor work ethic. I left because I had other appointments and was already late to my next one because of this.

GoogleVery bad experience with this agency. Had a viewing booked for one of their properties and nobody showed up for the viewing. Waited in front of the door for good 20 min and I called the agency to find out what happened, but nobody answered. When I called the agency next day, the agent claimed he called several times and left a voice message, to inform I can have an online viewing. Curious enough, my phone never ringed or no voice message was left in my inbox. Absolute disappointment, I would never contact them again.

GoogleAfter having difficulties with previous agents it is nice having someone so responsive to messages. I haven't had any issues getting hold of them and they have sorted out everything we have asked for especially when things stop working. Really polite and considerate (Paulina was the agent).

The property that was advertised was shown exactly how it was, making the process trustworthy in comparison to various advertising on the market.

GoogleThis company is so unprofessional. I was twice told that my viewing appointment had been booked and it actually wasn't booked until the day of the viewing. Paulina in the office quoted a price which was different to the advert. When I asked them why the price given was wrong, they sent me an automated messaged saying the room had gone after agreeing that I could take the room. I have attached evidence of this. Please don't let them waste your time. Avoid please

GoogleI had a really good experience with Century 21. Abhi made the move in so quick and hasle free. We had a couple of on-going issues with the place but he always resolved each and every issue. He tried his best to always communicate the required information and solve our queries quickly and efficiently. Kudos! to Abhi and Century 21!

GoogleSunny and Paulina were incredibly reliable when it came to finding a place to settle down in. I was having to move out and move into a new flat in the same weekend and they made it all happen pretty seamlessly. Highly recommend Century 21, if you want great deals, super nice people to handle your investments with, and moving into a New Home!

Always communicated everything thoroughly. Great service from beginning and even after finding Tennants she still is on the ball sorting out bits and bobs ensuring all parties are pleased. GoogleI made a factual but negative review two years ago. A few months later I asked for a reference to confirm we had been good tenants (we had), for the next place we sought. Paulina refused to confirm anything via email until after we had a phone call. Guess what she wanted to speak about on the phone call? Because after the call, I took the review down, and ONLY THEN did she confirm on email that we had been good tenants. Be careful with these reviews... you don't know what "phone calls" they are making
