GoogleAll these positive reviews are a joke, this is why I don't trust Google reviews. Or maybe they're for a different part of the company, I don't know. Anyway, my experience as a renter doing a showing through them was, um, bad - the agent didn't greet us, didn't seem to be well-informed, was rude, impatient, and seemed abrupt and annoyed with the customers (me and a couple of families) for no clear reason. I guess the one nice thing I can say is the actual apartment was quite nice.
We are sorry if you felt like that we will take it up with the person who did the viewing.

GoogleThe most poorly run estate agents in Maidstone by far enquired about multiple properties in which I had no response, decided to ring the shop to book viewings for the properties I was interested in which I was just told I would be ‘emailed’ the details which no one ever bothered to do. Staff are rude and beyond unorganised none of them can be bothered to help and make you feel like you are hassling them by picking up the phone. Place is awful avoid at all costs. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

GoogleSunny was brilliant , viewed the flat at 11am and by 3pm he already had tenants to view and rent . He was attentive , answered my many calls , and had good negotiation skills with my tenats . Will definitely call them again tor my next tenants . Highly recommended
