I just visited the office and the response to me was so direspectful and the bald person don't know what his name is 👎️wasnt willing to talk properly as i wanted to rent a property.He didn't even responded properly.Poor customer service and the way he spoke to me and way he responded was very bad.I felt like why the hell i visited this office.Very very very bad attitude.

Noman was very professional and at times exceeded my expectations when dealing with the sale of my property. The stress and anxiety of selling a property was completely taken away from me and I didn't have to worry about viewings and prospective buyers. Noman always kept me informed and updated along with feedback on all viewings and once an offer was accepted he constantly followed up on pushing the sale forward despite difficult times with regards to the pandemic. I will be using his services again in the future and hope his excellent standards continue to impress.

I spoke to Sam Miah for literally a few minutes where he gave me advice about my rights when requesting I.d or docs proving landlords ownership when taking up a rented room. This was me calling randomly into the office before handing over a 1400 rent and deposit. Despite not being a customer Sam Miah may of saved me from protentially being scammed as landlord refused to give any details of ownership and was actually offended. A fantastic professional who is incredibly insightful.

Gave my property to Century 21 to rent out a few months ago, was dealing with Nafeesa who is a very polite individual, and defintley knows the trade. Outstanding level of service and by far the most impressive managing agent I've experienced so far. I recently completed an internal renovation at my property with new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Nafeesa and the team have been extremely diligent and transparent with placing the new tenants and the support they required, in achieving a smooth and trouble free first year for all to settle in.
