GoogleI have been very impressive by the service they provide it. I know Nafessa from 5 years as a tenant. In my opinion She has really good relations with tenants and landlords. Nafessa solves problems emmediately. Nafessa and Mohamed are top notch team. Highly recommend.

GoogleI'm a new Landlord with Century 21 East Ham, and have just recently celebrated my 1st year with them! Outstanding level of service and by far the most impressive managing agent I've experienced so far. I recently completed an internal renovation at my property with new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Nafeesa and the team have been extremely diligent and transparent with placing the new tenants and the support they required, in achieving a smooth and trouble free first year for all to settle in. Really impressed Nafeesa, and a big thank you for your continued communication and regular updates with all events relating to the property. The property is clean, well managed and maintained by Nafeesa and the team, but most importantly her professionalism and experience in clearly showing in the great condition the property is in, with a special touch. I would personally recommend Nafeesa from Century 21 East Ham to all my family, friends and any professional business community, who may have experienced difficulty with their property or managing agent in the past. Great work Nafeesa and The Century 21 Team!!
