GoogleHaving phoned for a valuation I was told to expect a call back later that day FRI. I had to call on Monday and arrange for the valuation. Explaining I needed to travel up from Southend to Barking. I arrived at the property 45 mins early and no one arrived. when my husband called to complain he was told by the person on the phone that he was in London on family business ! I had received no communication ,wasted my journey time and my working day. if they can't arrive for a valuation I wouldn't trust them with the SALE of my propertyNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleShocking service. Do not trust your property with them. They even failed to carry out the legally required safety checks before renting the property, leaving me open to significant liability. Further, their contractor, who is supposedly vetted for quality, did an appalling, unprofessional paint job, he did not cut in once (see photo below). Century 21 refused all responsibility for the work, stating that I needed to resolve it with the contractor myself, that they would have nothing to do with it. It turns out that Century 21 do not check their contractors, they don't even check to see if they have insurance. Even CheckaTrade ensures that. You would be better randomly selecting a tradesman than going with the one Century 21 recommend. I only stayed with them for 2 months, but they failed to complete any of the management duties required, in 2 months, they couldn't even organise the simple repair of an oven that was still in warranty, and that is just the beginning. Finally, because I continued to insist that Century 21 look to rectify the works they had done poorly and actually perform the management duties required, they terminated the management contract with only 3 weeks’ notice (in breach of their contact, which states 3 months’ notice required), leaving me high and dry. I did, however, find a new agency, and within 2 weeks, the countless outstanding issues were resolved, and the legally required safety checks put in place. That is what management should be like. Century 21 breached their terms and conditions multiple times over and I am truly appalled with the poor service they offered.

GoogleI have rented across multiple properties in SW London over the past 6 years with a variety of high street letting agents. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dolce Vita and must say wow what a big difference compared to the rest - a personal touch, not bounced around different individuals offering properties in areas you specifically said you didn't want but as important the communication was always responsive and pro-active. Worth also mentioning that their marketing is very high quality photos/videos compared to the others. An easygoing relaxed team that you don't pressure you into a sale. In fact, they were so much better than the rest that I recommended them to various landlords, all whom now use them! Cheers Chris & team for the great work.

GoogleI STRONGLY recommend NOT using the services of this business. The gentleman that runs this company is a no good, untrustworthy person. He is not someone to do business with! Not to mention the other reviews on here are from his friends and family lol. Some people never change!

GoogleI was meant to receive a refund of my holding deposit which I paid for a flat that was not even available and I still haven’t received it. They are either short staffed or unprofessional because every time I try to call and speak to someone there’s no one at the phone. Pretending like they are super busy and have no time to respond promptly. Customer service is the worst. If anyone was looking to rent out 123, Felbrigge Road please stop wasting your time. The landlord is an absolute time waster and she a very unreliable woman. I’m only posting this review to make sure no one goes through the process of moving out and is left without a flat when you have all your stuff packed and ready to leave. There are quite a few professional agents out there make sure you make the right choice.
