I have just used this company to sell my property. Hassan, the estate agent was brilliant, really helpful, any queries I had, he answered, nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend this company.

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. The owner Jasdeep is well knowledgeable of the local area and ensures all your requirement are catered for. Would definately recommend selling your house with these guys

We decided we would like to sell our house and hopefully move into a bigger home in a better location ! We met with a few estate agents who came to value our home etc one of them was Jaz from Century21 Goodmayes and instantly we had a great vibe from him and we knew we wanted to go ahead with him especially with how fantastic his charges are in comparison to other estate agents who definitely do NOT give you the personal service you receive from Century21 ! He sorted absolutely everything and we basically did nothing .. he sold our house in two weeks and we are now happily enjoying our new family home ! Can not recommend Century21 enough. Thank you so much for everything!

We are really happy to have the chance to rent a flat from Century 21 since our agent, Malik, was always really helpful and they also trusted us since we kept the flat in an excellent condition during our 3-year-long stay. Even the flat is amazing, really spacious and has perfect location. The agency and all the agents are always really welcoming and supportive. Five star service, well done!

These people are absolute thieves and criminal charges should be made against them. Back when me and my friend were in university and looking for a place, they showed us a property and the owner seemed like a normal lady. Turned out to be religious Christian nut who refused to let my friend's boyfriend visit for any length of time and generally had extremely suffocating rules and an aggressive daughter and son-in-law who were physically threatening. This agency made us sign a lease agreement for a property with no separate entrance, which should legally have been a tenancy agreement, therefore, while it appeared we had rights on paper, in fact there was NO protection for us under common law. Tenancies simply afford tenants fewer rights than lessees. When we moved in and found this out, we went back to them to get our deposit back and cancel our agreement. They refused to do so until we signed an agreement stating we wouldn't press charges against them (obviously they had realised their mistake and didn't want to get sued, so basically held our deposit as 'ransom' in order to protect themselves - I'm pretty sure this is illegal, but we were scared young women in our 2nd year of uni and not native to London) and they would retain their exorbitant fees! Not a month later did I get a call from a woman who worked at their office asking us to help her in testifying against the disgusting men who worked there because of the abuse she had suffered there. Apparently they destroyed evidence of everything and she couldn't build her case, plus was frightened as we were. DO NOT GIVE THESE DISGUSTING MEN YOUR BUSINESS!!!

As an office owner I have no record of any dealing with you or this ultra Christian landlord you speak of, nor the supposed agreement not to press charges! I urge you to contact me at the office (Kamran 020 8558 2000) to discuss this matter. In the meantime I have reported your review to google as a fictitious and malicious review, requesting them to remove it. Please note Century21 is a franchise and operates in various areas in London by independently owned offices.
