GoogleCentre 21 barking managed my property which was on rent. Great service from the team especially Rameez. Any issues was dealt with promptly. I had issues with the tenants leaving the property Rameez help massive to solve the situation, will definitely use/recommend again. Thanks again guys.

Having looked into your situation very carefully, I have found absolutely no grounds for this review. There has been no bank fraud and we have been extremely amenable with you. Despite this you have breached your tenancy agreement and vacated the property prior to the end of your tenancy thus leaving the landlord out of pocket. Whilst we welcome feedback from our clients we trust that they will be honest and factual, this review is tantamount to slander and we will be following up directly with yourself.

GoogleAbsolutely awful, poorly run, any problems never get fixed, report them and nothing gets done, poor communication by far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with would not recommend anybody to use them!

Dear Adam, I am very sorry that you feel this way about Century 21 Maidstone, I have looked into your case and unfortunately upon you leaving the property, which you rented through us, it was found that considerable damage was caused throughout, you also had a dog in the property which breached the tenancy agreement, this was supported by the tenancy deposit scheme who found in favour of the landlord and also by your own company who placed you in the property and had to settle the outstanding amount owed to cover the damage over and above the deposit amount held. A check-in and check-out were carried out and was evidence of the disrepair you sadly left the property in. GoogleHorrible customer service! Booked a viewing, came in 10minutes early, nobody came and when I called in to ask what's going on, they said they didn't know anything. I asked so how could this booking have happened at all, and they said unless I can remember the name of the agent I had initially spoken to, they could't helps as they had no records of viewing of the flat. Nice... Not even worth one star

GoogleI recently emailed Century 21 about a property I was keen to rent which was The Old Telephone Exchange in Merstham. I received no reply to my email so called them to enquire a couple of days later. I was told I wouldn’t be able to view it as “Chris wasn’t planning on being in the area anytime soon.” Surely your job as an estate agent is to attend a property to facilitate viewings. Instead I viewed a different property in the area that same day and signed a contract for it. I was in a position to move in within a week. I’ve noticed that this property has been listed for a while and now I realise why. If you are the landlord I suggest you find a new agent...
