Myself and a friend have just this week completed on a property in the South of France, and having not bought in France before we required a lot of guidance and help. Hanane provided that from the very outset, introducing us to local agents, arranging viewings, following up afterward and so forth. As the purchase progressed, she provided us with explanations of how the process worked, guiding us through it perfectly as well as introducing us to an excellent notaire, mortgage broker and lettings agent. She has even helped us with recommendations with things like broadband suppliers and where to buy cutlery. She has been awesome, and integral to the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hanane, and therefore Century 21 to anyone considering buying in the South Of France. Merci Hanane, your help has been greatly appreciated!

GoogleThese people are absolute thieves and criminal charges should be made against them. Back when me and my friend were in university and looking for a place, they showed us a property and the owner seemed like a normal lady. Turned out to be religious Christian nut who refused to let my friend's boyfriend visit for any length of time and generally had extremely suffocating rules and an aggressive daughter and son-in-law who were physically threatening. This agency made us sign a lease agreement for a property with no separate entrance, which should legally have been a tenancy agreement, therefore, while it appeared we had rights on paper, in fact there was NO protection for us under common law. Tenancies simply afford tenants fewer rights than lessees. When we moved in and found this out, we went back to them to get our deposit back and cancel our agreement. They refused to do so until we signed an agreement stating we wouldn't press charges against them (obviously they had realised their mistake and didn't want to get sued, so basically held our deposit as 'ransom' in order to protect themselves - I'm pretty sure this is illegal, but we were scared young women in our 2nd year of uni and not native to London) and they would retain their exorbitant fees! Not a month later did I get a call from a woman who worked at their office asking us to help her in testifying against the disgusting men who worked there because of the abuse she had suffered there. Apparently they destroyed evidence of everything and she couldn't build her case, plus was frightened as we were. DO NOT GIVE THESE DISGUSTING MEN YOUR BUSINESS!!!
Dear Mavra, I am sorry to hear of your experience, however I am extremely confused too. As an office owner I have no record of any dealing with you or this ultra Christian landlord you speak of, nor the supposed agreement not to press charges! I urge you to contact me at the office (Kamran 020 8558 2000) to discuss this matter. In the meantime I have reported your review to google as a fictitious and malicious review, requesting them to remove it. Please note Century21 is a franchise and operates in various areas in London by independently owned offices.
