GoogleThe most useless estate agents I've ever used terrible service from all the staff tried to get things fixed in a flat me and my wife were renting from them all our e mails were ignored it's like the staff just can't be bothered to help you and when we finally moved out it took months to get our deposit back had to contact solicitors and the deposit protection people who the estate agents still ignored I wouldn't even recommend this estate agent to my worst enemy

GoogleI found Charles Carr to be extremely professional when dealing with my recent property purchase. I always felt that there was someone I could speak to in the office, and they always kept me updated the whole way. Louise in particular was really understanding and always gave me updates as soon as they came in. The only reason it’s not a five star from me is only due to the numerous delays I had and the incorrect information I received at the beginning of my transaction. This was not wholey Charles Carr’s fault, however it did leave me feeling a bit in satisfied. Overall though I would thoroughly recommend Charles Carr for any property related transactions and will inform my friends and family of their great service. Thanks specifically to Louise and Lauren. GoogleWe had our house on the market for a year with a local agent we then went multi agent with 3 locals. Carter Edwards massively stood out as they phoned me with weekly updates and was sold within three weeks after multiple viewings which i feel the other agents did not match up too, Jade one of the move consultants kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and i cant thank her and the team enough.
