I am a landlord and used the tenant find service with Carter Edwards. I dealt with a variety of the staff throughout the process and every member was friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond the norm, from accommodating specific property viewing times, to providing additional information when requested. Carter Edwards will certainly be my first stop should I need a tenant find service again in the future.

Being a first time landlord we were quite nervous about doing our first rental property but from the word go it has been an easy and smooth process. Always being told about what stage we were at and what to do next with great guidance. The team were very approachable and nothing was too much to ask. I recently contacted Carter Edwards to start the process of renting out my flat since I've had to relocate to London for my new job. I couldn't wish for better service than what I received from Lisa and Connor from my first phone call. They arranged an instant appointment for that same day to value my flat. I was moving to London within 4 weeks so I wanted to have tenants in straight away. After a few days of viewings my flat was rented out to a couple who moved in the week after I left! What a quick and easy turnaround! Thank you so much for your help!
