GoogleMy house was already on the lettings market with a different agent without much luck. I spoke to Lisa from carter edwards bitterne branch. She managed to get a tenant at asking price and moved in within two weeks. Quick and professional service, will be using Lisa again.

GoogleMy experience with carter edwards purchasing my first house has been overall a pleasant journey, understandably they are working for the vendor but I feel as the buyer they took time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a property and the timescale I was looking to work with, a big thanks to Emma who was a delight and always smiling on numerous viewings we went to, and a big thanks to Louise who finalised some last minute details of the deal, great job don't think I could be happier

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - £2500 BIKE GONE MISSING - LEFT MY PROPERTY UNSECURED ON AT LEAST TWO OCCASIONS - REPORTED TO POLICE - NO REGARD FOR SERVICE - MANAGING DIRECTOR WOULD NOT TALK TO US AT ALL AND REFUSED TO HELP LEFT STAFF TO DEAL WITH IT. BEFORE YOU MARKET YOUR HOME ASK YOURSELF IF COMING HOME, FINDING YOUR PROPERTY UNSECURE AND HIGH VALUE ITEMS MISSING IS ACCEPTABLE??!?! DO NOT USE THEM STAY AWAY

GoogleThis is the first time I've sold a property and I've been really impressed with the service received. Carter Edwards have a slick operation with a number of specialists in the team each focusing on their particular aspect of the sale - the team have had a very joined up approach and I've never doubted their communication; I've found absolute confidence that my sale has been progressing everyday and have been regularly updated. My property sold within a week after a number of viewings; unfortunately the buyer subsequently had to pull out but Carter Edwards managed to et the property back on the market the same day we were made aware; had a high number of viewings booked within 3 days and the flat was sold for a 2nd time within a week, for more money! Their speed in reacting to the loss of the first sale has ensured I have been able to retain the property I am buying and has very much avoided the loss of the whole transaction for which I am very grateful!

GoogleHave been liaising with Jade- who has been helping us find a property. It's really rare to find an estate agent who works with you to find the right property rather than letting Rightmove do the legwork. Would reccomend coming to Carter Edwards as a buyer for all the help and as a seller as I definitely look for properties listed with this agency above others.
