Carter Edwards are always very professional when it comes to sales and the open days help both owners and buyers as well as its basically an auction without the costs. If you decide to make a bid and there is more than one bidder you have a 2nd option at final bid (so don't offer your strongest first off) Once bidding process is over then Louise will take over the file as post-sales coordinator. Louise is very professional, helpful and will help walk you through the entire process, whether a seasoned purchaser or a first time buyer, she (and the whole team) are easy and friendly. Louise is very proactive, responsive to requests promptly. Thanks very much Louise for such a great job. Will have no hesitation in recommending them or using their services in the future. When we decided to sell our house in October 2016 we selected three local agents to provide us with a valuation and marketing plan. Everything considered, we decided on Carter Edwards and could not be happier with our choice.
