GoogleI could not rate Carter Edwards/Charles Carr highly enough. Both Louise and Lauren have been so helpful with our move, with Louise being so helping and giving me information when I can't get hold of my solicitor! I would 100% recommend them.

GoogleWas very impressed all round with the Carter Edwards experience and especially with the agent who directly dealt with me, Connor Harris. I originally had my property on with another agency but after 2 months of no tenants I received a message from Connor stating he would have no problem finding suitable candidates of I was happy for Carter Edwards to take on the property. I happily obliged and true to his word within a week the property was occupied with a perfect tenant! I'll certainly recommend if you're looking to let a property!

GoogleI have been very impressed with the service so far from Carter Edwards. I had an Open Day which was very successful resulting in 6 offers. The photos were very good, the communication was exceptional and the after care so far has been very professional. I think the team are very approachable and i believe they have the best sales chaser in the area! I would highly recommend!

GoogleSuperb estate agents. Cannot fault the service we have received. All staff have been brilliant. The option to have an 'open day' when selling our property was great and certainly seperates them from other estate agents. It also ensured we got a great price for our house. They have also found us our future family home, without pressuring us, which we have experienced with other estate agents.

When we found the one we wanted she was very helpful and efficient and made eveything very clear for us and kept us up to date at all times. She was very professional. We would highly recommend them.

He is very professional and he knows his customers' needs so well. As he knows we are working daytime, he usually ring us at the evening out of office hours so that it is convenient for us. GoogleWe bought our first home through Charles Carr. Jade has really helped with finding our perfect home, she helped save money on our mortgage and advised us on who’s best to use. She kept me up to date with houses about to go on Rightmove something which I really appreciated. She knew what requirements I needed and always took that into consideration. Thanks very Much!

GoogleAfter a pathetic attempt at an open day (which was coincidentally scheduled the day after his 14 day cancellation period!!) my son found it almost impossible to get them to take his property off the market!! This agent claims, "we will not tie you into a contract" then tells you they need 28 days notice to cancel...what are we cancelling if we are not tied in to an agreement?? I understand this is only four weeks but it is still a contract!!!

GoogleI would like to thank Louise for everything she has done over the last few weeks. Her communication is outstanding, she always kept us informed, if she was unable to take a call she would always ensure she called me back and was always very quick to respond to emails. We have had a few hiccups towards the end of the sale and purchase but Louise has always done everything within her power and even gone above and beyond to ensure she did everything she possibly could to resolve or help with the situations that arose. Louise - I appreciate that at times you even stayed passed your working hours. You have truly gone above and beyond. Incredible friendly honest service. Thank you :)

GoogleThis is the first review I have ever wrote, it’s not usually my style. But wow! This estate agent is by far the worst I have ever worked with. Over value just to put it on the market, rush a open house by putting quantity in and not quality. Yes we had 15 viewers, but none of them offered we had three viewers through another agent and got two offers. They were slow with feedback I was supposed to get it the Monday after, they didn’t speak to me at all until Wednesday. My house was left with foot prints. I know sometimes this happens but I would have expected an apology. Feedback was poor- just that they had left a voice mail for a few and a couple of others couldn’t make it on the day. Then we don’t hear from them until every other Wednesday when they call us for a update and tell us absolutely nothing! Just yes the markets picking up... blah blah. But nothing has. I know of the owner of this company and I’m aware he has a horrid reputation but I also here’d they do some stuff well so I thought I would give it a go. By the looks of things they were good.... but not anymore. There doing down... fast! I would really advise anyone else who’s going on he market with them to go on with two agent at the same time... you reallyk will see a difference. Good luck to anyone else using them!
