Sam and Emma have been fantastic not only with the viewings of properties - knowing every detail about the property shows they've done their homework rather than just allowing the buyer to look around and ask questions, but also Emma's endless patience and prompt email responses to the plethora of questions that comes with being a first time buyer has made me feel like I'm being really supported.

I wanted to acknowledge to first class service provided by Samantha Storrar of Charles Carr. During my telephone call to arrange a viewing , she had full information on the property, was professional, friendly and polite. Samantha established my position in the housing market, and asked targeted question to ascertain my needs. Upon viewing, Samantha was welcoming, professional and very sweet with my 2 year granddaughter. Samantha had all information regarding the property to hand and had sound advice to offer me regarding the property. Following my making an offer on a property, Samantha immediately followed up with a congratulatory email and a very clear email detailing what happens next and what actions each party must take. Most helpful. Overall, Samantha took ownership of my property enquiry, viewing and offer in a manner which was highly professional and collaborative. She was attentive and communicated excellently with a great deal of with clarity.

Attentive service from Shane who listened to my requirements as a buyer and has a knack of finding exactly the right properties for me. Concise and knowledgeable information was given relating to putting my property on the market and I am provided with regular updates on what activity is happening relating to my sale. They definitely know their business and their audience and from my dealings so far I would highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolute joke. Not sure how they can even class themselves as estate agents! I made contact twice to register interest in a property, advising that we would offer x amount after a viewing. I was told that they would get back to us an waited a week without reply before trying again. This time i was told the same thing and its been about a month without reply. After my initial attempts failing i was pushed to take radical action and put in an offer to the property in question - yet to view, but hopeful that i'd get the answer i wanted. I was then asked for more information prior to putting the offer forward. My partner then showed me that the property had since been listed with Fox & Sons so i made contact with them - they promptly contacted the vendor, advised that they would accept the offer pending a viewing and arranged for us to view the property that very same night. (It turns out that the property looked better in the photos, we have since had an offer accepted elsewhere) I have also noticed a drastic increase in spam texts and PPI calls since providing this 'Agent' with my number. - This mobile number is only a few months old and of course i don't have any evidence that it is due to Carter Edwards - but that's my opinion regardless. My conclusion - Avoid at all costs, buying or selling. * This review has been edited following contact from the Estate Agent. Certain facts have been corrected.

Thanks to Lloyd Westall and his team we are thrilled at last to have exchanged contracts and really looking forward to completion in the next couple of weeks. Without Lloyd’s continued hard work, professional approach, persistence and his considerable ability to keep a cool head in tricky circumstances, I doubt we would be moving house. We would highly recommend Charles Carr Estate Agents and in particular Lloyd, although all members of the team have played their part in supporting us from initial instruction, great web presence, viewings, ease of finding a buyer and helping us navigate through to completion.

As first time buyers we were very unfamiliar with what to look for and what to watch our for when looking around properties. Emma helped us to identify our requirements and then worked with us to make sure that the flat we found was right for us. Replies to enquiries were near instant, even when acting as a proxy between ourselves and the previous owner, which took away a great deal of stress from the process! It has been a pleasure dealing with all the staff at Charles Carr, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, buyer or seller.

Ew properties is Jade from Charles Carr she's really got to know what o want and I know if it's her calling it's going to be somthing of interest. The viewing was an enjoyable experience as the agent allowed us freedom and independence to view the property, there was no pressure asserted at any point. The agent was warm, welcoming and very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at any point either. The agent was very informative of all aspects of the property and area and also answered all questions thoroughly. Overall I am very pleased so far with the service i have received.

I would like to thank everyone at Charles Carr for the superb job they did at selling my property. Open house - what a great idea - lots of viewings, offers immediately and great sale price achieved. After sales support - excellent. Louise was a great support throughout and without her experience and how she dealt with the other less experienced agents in the chain I do not think I would have moved. Would highly recommend to anyone.
