GoogleWe used ByDesign to sell our house. She explained the process followed by the expert photography. Had a number of viewings and put forward offers from the prospective buyers. After a buyer was selected, she communicated to keep us informed. She acted very professionally and I recommend her services as an estate agent.

Craig was managing the sale of a property that we were purchasing, he wasn’t directly our estate agent, however he was 100% better than the outfit we were using our sale, he was always there at the end of a phone and he communicated with us regularly, I can genuinely recommend his services to anyone.

GoogleBy Design handled the recent sale of our 1 bed flat in Royal Arsenal Woolwich. The firm, under David Gibbs, conducted all the viewings at times that were convenient to potential buyers - even if they were out of office hours - and kept us fully informed at all times of the offers and sales process and were constantly vigilant in chasing up the buyer’s solicitor to keep the sale progressing. By Design provided a very personal experience and we would definitely recommend and use them again in any future property sales/purchases.
