GoogleBy Design handled the recent sale of our 1 bed flat in Royal Arsenal Woolwich. The firm, under David Gibbs, conducted all the viewings at times that were convenient to potential buyers - even if they were out of office hours - and kept us fully informed at all times of the offers and sales process and were constantly vigilant in chasing up the buyer’s solicitor to keep the sale progressing. By Design provided a very personal experience and we would definitely recommend and use them again in any future property sales/purchases.

GoogleWhile selling our property was proving notoriously fraught and opaque, when we switched from another agent to David, the contrast was stark.
David's friendly and proactive attitude from advice and timely communication to chasing third parties for answers helped drive the sale, overcoming a broken chain and other impediments. David's wealth of experience and cheer helped us keep faith in the process and render it transparent. This conscientious enthusiasm was delivered with a light touch. We are very grateful.

GoogleDavid provided an outstanding and professional service throughout the process. We had an extreme tight deadline to have the property sold before the stamp duty reclaim period runs out, it was a very close call. Thanks to David keeping on top of the process and made things happen. If you want an estate agent that knows what they're doing and gets things done, David is your man! Highly recommend it!
