Childish Estate Agents, Customers coming to us directly...

Grace Watson was trying to sell our home. Consistently went on holidays and never caught up with us. Spoke about her weeks in Dubai while clients were coming to our door directly to view the property saying Grace never replies to them. By designs needs to either train up staff or stop employing childlike estate agents. You should've seen her email once we sacked her....

We met William when looking around a property that we eventually bought. He then acted for us on the marketing of our property. We were impressed by how William got to understand the USPs of our property and brought them to life in an engaging video and with an excellent write up and pictures of the property. We agreed on a strategy of an open weekend as my wife and I have young children so we wanted to minimise the impact of viewings. William said he would fill the weekend and he did, with multiple offers received shortly afterwards. The transaction itself was tricky in parts but William navigated a successful route through the complexities. We were very impressed by William and would highly recommend.

William Swinburn and the team at By Design sold our home and I could not have asked for more. Ours was not a straightforward sale, and William earned every penny of his commission. He was proactive from start to finish, kept me updated without ever having to be chased, and stayed calm and constructive when the sale needed pushing over the line. When it mattered, he made things happen. He is also the finest presenter of a home I have come across. He shows a house properly and with real care, and buyers respond to that. His wider team deserve a mention. The styling and staging were first class, the marketing material was excellent, and the solicitors he works alongside are top of the tree.
