Fine & Country did an amazing job for us. They brought our small farm to market fast and got it sold rapidly, in an area with a lot of property that had been up for a long time. Their photography and brochures were excellent. There was always someone I could speak to at the end of the phone, messages were passed on quickly and response times were fast. Julie, their After Sales Manager, was amazing. She held it together, reassured us all and pushed it along marvellously when both sides of the solicitors were dragging their feet and wasting time. So diligent was the team, that they helped us iron out problems with Eon and the solar panels, after completion. I would highly recommend the Norwich office.

Childish Estate Agents, Customers coming to us directly...

Grace Watson was trying to sell our home. Consistently went on holidays and never caught up with us. Spoke about her weeks in Dubai while clients were coming to our door directly to view the property saying Grace never replies to them. By designs needs to either train up staff or stop employing childlike estate agents. You should've seen her email once we sacked her....

Marie is what an estate agent should be! She is professional and highly skilled but more than that she truly cares about her clients. Our experience with Marie has been terrific. We experienced this change first-hand from the moment the property was advertised, just as the high was coming to an end, until exchange and completion when things looked very different.
