Marie is one in a million!

Marie is a very different type of agent all together. After many bad experiences with the 'typical' high street agents who had no communication skills and where the sale kept falling through, having Marie was a breath of fresh air. She kept me up to date with everything, was always a phone call away 24/7 and always had my best interest at heart. She would go out of her way to make sure we found the right buyer and that it actually completed. She would always give me prompt viewing feedback and I felt like I had someone on my team who I could trust. She is more expensive than the typical high street agent but she is 100% worth the money. You will have a much smoother sale and more peace of mind with Marie. There is no comparison between Marie and other estate agents. She's one in a million and worth every penny. Thank you Marie!

We thought that Fine and Country only dealt with houses beyond our price range, but were fortunate to view a house being sold by them and then took them up on their offer of a valuation on both of our houses. 28 February 22: It has taken an amazing team effort to exchange today. The family who are moving in are the right family. Avoid the rest, Marie is the best.

After we'd made the huge mistake of NOT using Marie at By Design the first time around, we finally saw sense and engaged after a painful 12 months with a high street agent. Marie then added insult to injury by booking more viewings in the first week, than we'd seen in the previous 12 months. We had asked Alia in just to give us a rough estimate on our house as we wanted to sell it soon. But she surprised us by actually having a ready willing buyer and we essentially had it sold off market in 24 hours.
