Maria has been the most charismatic and driven agent we have encountered. Our home being a country manor had a smaller market due to the price and size but Marie brought such enthusiasm and great sales techniques she was able to sell it for the price we wanted in a timescale that suited us. I cannot recommend Marie and her company "By Design " enough

GoogleHave recently come in to contact with Fine and Country, Norwich via their Fakenham branch. Tiffanie has been managing a property for me. Sorting tenants and making sure all runs smoothly for both them and me. It's like having a mutual friend. Someone who obviously has my best interests at heart, but also the welfare of the tenants. Happy tenant, happy landlady. I've always found the company to be very personal. Not a typical estate agent. Their staff take time to get to know you. And not superficially either. I can't reccomend them highly enough.

GoogleMy experience with Fine and Country Norwich was simply superb they couldn’t have been more helpful and useful. Both Marie and Kirsten have been excellent regarding the sale of our house. I cannot imagine any other estate agent who would been able to support us in the same way, particularly as aspects were quite tricky requiring them to chase the buyers on our behalf, on multiple occasions. Their marketing process also was second to none with use of videos and social media, such that our house sold within the week. Cannot thank them both enough

From the first viewing of a house that needed a lot of attention to the day he handed over the keys, he was unfailingly patient and helpful. He replies to emails and phone calls extremely promptly, provides advice proactively, summarises issues and paperwork, etc. He was a class apart from other agents we have dealt with.

GoogleWe originally purchased our house with Fine and Country 6 years ago and have now just sold it with them, due to move on Friday. They are consistently professional and friendly, they helped us no end with our recent sale with chasing solicitors etc. Julie esp. was so helpful and every time we called up we were met with Richards happy voice. If you want mature professional estate agents this is where you need to be.
